Meet & Greet
At no charge or obligation, this initial visit, which will take between 30 minutes to an hour, gives you the opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for you and your pets and ask any questions or concerns you may have. If you are interested in our services, we will obtain all the pertinent information regarding your pets and home. Please have extra copy of house key ready at this time to avoid a $15 key pickup fee. We understand the stress of leaving your pets at home. We customize our in-home cat care services for you and your pet’s unique personalities. We’ll take care of them as if they were our own with lots of love and attention. With each visit, we’ll keep you informed with daily reports.
Cat Sitting
In-Home Cat Sitting
Your feline family members can enjoy the comfort of being in their own home while you’re away and we’ll make visits to ensure they are safe and healthy. We’ll customize the service according to your cats’ needs. Pet sitting service includes regular feeding and refilling water bowls, scooping litter boxes, clean up of pet’s potty accidents or throw-ups and quality time with your pets. House sitting services are also included with pet sitting. We’ll alternate lights, bring in mail/newspaper, check windows and doors to ensure security and take out trash and recycle bins to curb at your request. We’ll be happy to email or text pictures of your pets! Price listed includes up to 2 pets per household; please add $6 for each additional animal per day. If you have more than 4 animals, please contact us for a quote. Please note that it is our policy to visit your cats at least once a day while you’re away. We cannot skip a day.

Basic Cat Sitting Services
- Feeding and refilling water bowls

Courtesy services included with pet sitting if requested

Key Management
Your spare key will be coded and safely locked in a security box. You can choose to have us hold on to your key for future pet services at no extra charge. If you decide not to choose this service, there is a $15 for each pickup and/or drop-off key service.
Key Lockout Service: $15
In the event that you accidentally lock yourself out of your own house, we can come out to your residence and unlock your house if we have your key in our secured lock box.

Policies And Procedures
Service Contracts
- Service contracts and company policies need to be read and signed before service begins. This will be provided to you before our meet and greet session.
- Please have veterinary info including proof of vaccinations and emergency contact info ready.
- Please have extra copy of your spare house key available for us at Meet and Greet visit. If you have an electronic door lock that requires a keypad code, please have a designated keypad code set up for pet sitter.
Holiday Rates
A holiday fee of $15 per day is added for visits that fall on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day • President’s Day • Easter • Memorial Day
- 4th of July • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve • Christmas Day • New Year’s Eve
Payment Policies: We accept cash or checks. 50% down payment is requested for first time clients. Final payment is due 10 days after invoice date. A handling fee of $35 will be charged on all returned checks.
Cancellation: 24-hour advance notice requested for cancellations on regularly-scheduled dog walking services and 2-weeks advance notices for pet sitting services to avoid 50% cancellation penalty of the total amount due for scheduled services.
